Responsibility • To assist the MD in all matters. • Handle all e-mails, letters & enquirie. • Handle daily tasks given which are in support of the Directors/manager. • Responsible for day-to-day management of a company business. • Ensure that all our data/information are kept up-to-date and easily accessible. • Maintain and update customers database and their files. • To provide internal support to the marketing team and ensure smooth running of the entire Marketing Department. • To provide excellent customer service, maintain customer satisfaction and increase customer convenience • Strong sense of ownership to complete tasks within deadline.
Requirements: • Candidate must possess at least a SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U,Professional • Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants encourage to apply • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal(English and BM) • Able to work in a team-orientated culture& build rapport with clients & wide group of people towards portraying good image of the company • Presentable, proactive & aggressive with strong presentation, interpersonal, analytical and time-management skills. • Full time positions available.
