Manage the daily operation of large value payment system and cheque clearing services in accordance with the standard operating procedures, guidelines and policies
Ensures smooth and efficient operation of payment services
Provide efficient customer support
Requirements;
Masters'/Bachelor's degree (at least 2nd Class Upper) in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Technology or its equivalent
Minimum 3 years experience in payment or securities services operations and processing
Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to work independently in a fast-paced environment and willing to work odd hours
Good communication skills, resourceful and a good team player
