Maintain, support and monitor the Company's current system applications, syatem devices and other related IT resources
Assist in developing, reviewing and maintaining IT related documentation, such as IT policy and procedures, standard operating procedures, escalation process, etc
Manage system incident reporting and resolution
Participate in IT development projects
Requirement;
Masters'/Bachelor's degree (at least a 2nd Class Upper) in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or its equivalent
Minimum of 3 years in the software development, system support or network support
Strong analytical and communication skills
Able to work with minimal supervision and a team player
